Positions: Maintenance Manager
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun State
Industry: Packaging/Manufacturing
Our Client is a leading packaging/manufacturing company seeking highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineering Specialists to join our technical team. If you meet the qualifications below,
✅Maintenance Manager
✔️Education: HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (Electronics Major).
✔️Additional qualifications (PGD, MSc, or professional certifications) will be an advantage.
✔️Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar managerial role in a manufacturing industry.
✔️Age: Between 35 – 45 years.
Technical Skills:
✔️Advanced expertise in industrial machine maintenance, automation, and drive systems.
✔️Strong leadership in preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.
✔️Experience in training technicians and improving machine uptime.
✔️Ability to liaise with international machine suppliers for technical resolutions.
✅KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Ensure smooth operation of factory machines with minimal downtime.
✔️Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, and automation faults.
✔️ Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine breakdowns.
✔️Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
✔️Maintain documentation of machine performance and repairs.
✔️Train and supervise junior technicians.
✅Location: Must reside in Sango Ota or its environs.
